Yip's Reposado Cider

This cider is an exciting collaboration between Yip and the Saint John Day of the Dead Festival. Our Reposado cider was slowly fermented in-tank and racked into Añejo tequila barrels, where it rested (Reposar) for over six months. Over time, the cider softened and acquired the tequila essence with notes of agave, vanilla, and oak, while achieving a bold 8% ABV. The name Reposado is used for tequila that rests in barrels for 2 to 12 months. Follow the monarch butterfly and experience both cultures!
