For food, our in-house kitchen, The Press, serves a fresh menu of sandwiches, shareables, and other Taproom favourites. A variety of Pizza is also available, and we regularly welcome food trucks and visiting food vendors throughout the season.

    Lemon parmesan whipped ricotta, handcrafted pistachio and basil pesto, marinated grilled eggplant, balsamic reduction, fresh arugula, and rustic toasted bread finished with extra virgin olive oil. Served with a side of chips.

  • Roast Beef & Pecorino
