Yip's Reposado Cider
This cider was created to celebrate the Day of the Dead and the connection between Canada and Mexico, represented by the monarch butterfly on the can. Following the Reposado method, the cider was aged for six months in Añejo tequila barrels, allowing it to soften and develop notes of agave, vanilla and oak. Like the monarch butterfly, which migrates to Mexico in the fall and returns to Canada in the spring, Reposado brings together elements of both cultures.
