Orchard Blanc is made from Golden Russet, Bulmer's Norman, and Liberty apples, aged in oak chardonnay barrels for eight months. Its notes of crisp apple and vanilla are cloaked in oak tannin. The nose is sweet and the finish is rich and creamy.
