Yip Cider Reposado 473ml

Yip Cider Reposado is an exciting collaboration between Yip and @diadelosmuertossj Day of the Dead Festival! 

Made from cider apples harvested in Fall/2023 from our new orchard planted Spring, 2018,  we achieved a unique flavour profile and a higher alcohol content (8.7%). The cider was slowly fermented in-tank and racked into Añejo tequila barrels, where it rested (Reposar) for over six months. The cider softened and acquired the tequila essence with notes of agave, vanilla and oak. The name Reposado is used for tequilas that rest in barrels for 2 to 12 months.
